LK Metrology announces CAMIO 2025 R1, the latest version of its software for programming, measurement, analysis and reporting for CMMs.
CAMIO 2025 R3 introduces support for the Renishaw PH20 5-axis head along with all the touch-trigger probe capabilities it brings:
unique ‘head touches’ for rapid measurement
infinite head positioning for optimal feature access
high-speed synchronised 5-axis positional moves
‘inferred calibration’ for reduced set-up times
advanced rack change ‘tip correction’ capability
PH20 is a dynamic measuring probe head which delivers a 3-fold increase in measurement throughput whilst maintaining high system accuracy.
Creating inferred calibrations for PHS has never been easier in CAMIO.
The process for setting up an inferred calibration map is now fully integrated into CAMIO with a simple, user friendly process to get you operational in no time.
Easily account for differences between nominal and actual features using relative measurement.
CAMIO 2025 R3 allows the use of relative measurement in program mode with both Relative to Feature and Relative to Surface. HEADCS and PCS angles will also be adjusted for 5-axis measurements.
Always keep track of which feature is being measured with the new ‘Zoom to Feature’ functionality.
When enabled, CAMIO will automatically zoom to the feature being measured during execution, meaning the camera is always in the perfect position for any on the fly programming edits.
Conforming to the latest GD&T standards is always a priority in this industry.
To comply with the latest AMSE standard, in CAMIO 2025 R3 the PROFL and PROFS tolerances now support the “dynamic” modifier.
