Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

This is LK Metrology’s published policy on coordinated vulnerability disclosure, in line with the EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Scope

This policy covers digital products supplied by LK Metrology Ltd, including CAMIO, Focus, NMAPI, CMM Controller software/firmware, and our laser scanner products.

Our commitment to you

We will acknowledge receipt of your report promptly.
We will provide an initial triage outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
We will keep you informed as we investigate and remediate.
We will not pursue legal action against good-faith security research that stays within this policy’s scope and does not access, modify, or destroy customer data.

Disclosure timeline

Where possible, we will agree a coordinated disclosure timeline with you and aim to release a fix before any public detail is shared. Once a fix is available, we will publish a security advisory describing the vulnerability, the affected products and versions, its impact, and remediation guidance.
