The SSR (Stylus Storage Rack), available in a 3-port configuration, offers quick and efficient changing along with secure storage for TP20 stylus modules, TP200 stylus modules, or SP25 stylus holders. This design ensures easy access to essential stylus components while keeping them safely organized and ready for use.
The rack enables seamless stylus changes, ensuring that no requalification is required after each exchange, this simplifies the process, saves time, and maintains measurement accuracy.
The MSR (Module Storage Rack), available in a 3-port configuration, offers quick and efficient changing along with secure storage for SP25M scanning modules.
The TSR (Tool Storage Rack), offered in both 5-port and 10-port configurations, enables automated changes and secure storage for probes, laser scanners, extension bars, and other sensor accessories fitted with the Renishaw autojoint. The system ensures seamless changes without the need for requalification after each exchange, promoting uninterrupted, efficient measurement and enhancing productivity.
The TSR features a passive mechanism driven by the motion of the CMM. This innovative design allows the rack to lock and unlock the probe head autojoint seamlessly, without the need for additional motors or cables, simplifying the rack installation.
