The iSF is a shop floor-ready CMM designed to make precision measurement effortless from day one. Forget complex setups, long training, and production downtime. iSF is fully operational within hours, and its intuitive interface empowers operators to measure confidently from the start.
Powered by zero-maintenance linear motors, iSF eliminates compressed air, lubrication points, and unexpected downtime. Its rigid portal construction and movable granite table deliver stability and accuracy while providing easy access for both manual and robotic loading.
With one-click program execution, iSF makes measurement smooth, fast, and repeatable. Whether you’re inspecting a single prototype or running high-volume production, the included TouchDMIS CMM measurement software delivers results that are easy to understand for everyone.
Built for real-world environments, iSF integrates thermal compensation, high-precision guideways and 0.1μm resolution linear scales, for consistent accuracy on the shop floor. Expand the capability of your iSF even further with optional upgrades such as active vibration isolation, automatic stylus cleaning, tool changers, status lights, and part recognition.

With a moving Granite Table and a high-rigidity Steel Portal, the iSF offers a low-wear, rigid CMM design.
